Responsible for creating, editing, and updating the documentation for end users and developers including online help systems, user manuals, interface and service descriptions, and technical specifications
Led the transition from a proprietary XML editorial system to an open-source Docs-as-Code (adoc/Antora) utilizing self-written Python and Bash scripts, enabling full access for an AI RAG chatbot and AI writing assistants
Accountable for the development and implementation of documentation standards, style guides, information retrieval processes, information storage, and the overall documentation delivery process

Designed, created and edited technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, explanations, and how-tos as well as presentations, brochures, website content, handouts and reports for various clients
Translated documents between German and English, and managed translation projects into approximately 20 target languages

Created and maintained over 30 digital database projects, primarily derived from journal articles and textbooks, for both humanities and natural sciences
